Consumer Review: The Key To Avoiding Side Effects From Hydroxycut Is To Take Vitamins C and B-12 And To Drink A Gallon Of Water A Day.

People need to keep in mind that when taking Hydroxycut you need to set up a regular schedule with working out at the gym. Follow the recommended dosage and drink at least a gallon of water throughout the day (hint...get a gallon water bottle...they do make them). It makes it easier to down if you know where you are in the day. It's very important to drink the water to flush your body.

I hear so much about side effects. Yes, it does cause headaches for some people, but the secret to taking Hydroxycut is to take three vitamin B-12 (500mg) a day along with two Vitamin C (1,000 mg). The vitamin B-12 WILL take your headaches away by thinning out the blood. The vitamin C will help flush out the toxins in your body. These two vitamins are essential in maximizing the effects of Hydroxycut.

I have used Hydroxycut for 1 1/2 months now. I've lost 23lbs and have been able to keep it off. I am 29, an average guy who just wants to tone up and look and feel good. I weighed 215 when I started and now am down to 192lbs. This product really works! The one thing to keep in mind is that this product isn't going to do everything by itself. You have to exercise (commit to an hour a day of cardio) plus high reps in weight lifting to fully reap the rewards. You have to eat sensibly. Cut out your fats, eat lots of protein (LEAN) and vegetables. Watch your serving sizes on what you eat. Last of all, be smart. Only take the pills 30 minutes before you eat or work out. Morning, lunch and dinner (do not take it later than 5-6pm). Otherwise you might have to fight the urge to stay awake. Would you take a No Doze pill at 9pm when you want to sleep...probably not, so keep it no later than 5pm-6pm.

I hope I have helped anyone who has had a problem or can take heed of my advice. I have learned also. I just want to pass my valuable information on to the rest of you all. Remember, it works and it's no miracle. You have to re-adjust your lifestyle, that will keep off the pounds forever. Don't just stop exercising and eating right and expect your body to keep going. And last of all, don't be one of the statistics on obesity. America's population is 60% overweight. Do something for yourself. Something good. Only you will reap the rewards!!!
