Consumer Review: I Think I've Become Immune To The Effects Of Hydroxycut After Finishing My First Bottle.
I first discovered this product two summer's ago at the suggestion of an employee at a GNC store. With the first large bottle, I had tremendous results, the fastest and most drastic fat loss I've ever experienced. After that, however, it seemed to be less effective over time. Since then I've been told by one person that worked for it's company that you have to cycle off for three weeks or so every so often, that your body becomes immune to it. However, it's been more than two years since my initial experience with this product and I try it every now and then hoping for the same results as the first time with no success. I am feeling somewhat discouraged at this point because I have tried this and other products without the wonderful results I experienced as a first time Hydroxycut user. Any suggestions or advice from regular or long-term users of this product would be greatly appreciated!!

The natural response that the body has to weight loss is what you are experiencing right now. When a large amount of weight is shed quickly, the body needs time to get used to the new change, plus it needs time for the skin to shrink back so it does not sag. How long of a break do you take in between uses? 4-5 month rest should be enough. Also, Hydroxycut should only be used in three month periods.

You must remain active. No supplement works without some form of activity. At first, hydroxycut will remove the fat from excessive areas, then it stops. Sort of waiting for you to point out the next area. I had lost in all areas except my stomach. That's when it seemed to quit on me too. I started sit-ups and crunches. Now my stomach is going. My abs are start to show signs of a six pack. It's good stuff!

If you lost weight, and are now trying to get the same results, then you're doing something majorly wrong . You're too dependant on taking the pills to change your body. Eat healthy, drink water, and exercise. Hdroxycut is supposed to assist, but not be the focus of your "diet." Also, since I compare this to speed (and as with other drugs) the more you use it, and the greater amount you take, the more frequently you need it, usually in much higher doses. In your situation, I would suggest going to your physician and seeking out help in planning a healthy eating and exercise schedule designed for you. If your doctor feels that you need a diet supplement, he will prescribe it to you.
