Consumer Review: Hydroxycut Helped Me Reduce My Body Fat And Put Me In A Good Mood.
I am a spinning instructor at a local gym. I began taking Hydroxycut a few months ago. I had been on a regular lifting/cardio program for approximately 1 year and my body fat was at 16.5%. I took the product for approximately 1 month (2 caps 3 times a day). After that month, my body fat was 14.1% (I ate everything and anything I wanted). I then took a month off of the product while continuing my workout schedule. After that month my body fat was 14%. I have just started another month of the product as my goal is to get to approx 12% body fat.
When taking the hydroxycut, read the directions. Start out with the recommended dose and play around (the max dose is 4 caps 3x a day). When we called the company, they stated that very few people can handle the max dose. Be sure to drink plenty of water. I noticed an increase in energy along with a nice side effect of being constantly in a great mood. When I went off the product I felt no ill effects for the first week. The second week off, I felt a little tired but that went away by the third week. I did not gain back any of the body fat while off the product; however, I did cut back on the Whoppers, and Quarter Pounders.

I just started taking the product and I too have noticed that I am in a good mood a lot of the time. I don't have a lot of time to go to the gym I basically go walking, or I dance (like an idiot) in my room. I haven't had any problems with getting to sleep at night. I'm glad to hear a little info about taking the max dose though I started taking this about 3-4 days ago and I was a little worried about upping the dose. I think I'll just stay with the 2 pills 3x a day for now.

Hydroxycut has made a great difference in my workout and energy level. It seems to make me have mood swings regularly for no reason. I'm still taking it because of the awesome results.
