Consumer Review: Metabolift Didn't End My Food Cravings, But It Gave Me Tons Of Energy To Work Off What I Ate.

I started taking Metabolift about 6 months ago. When I fist started, I was very doubtful, but I ended up being quite surprised. I didn't deny myself any foods, nor did I try to exercise more. Metabolift curbs my appetite somewhat, but it doesn't control cravings. The key to losing weight on Metabolift is to stop eating when you are full. After you eat, Metabolift will give you a ton of energy and make you want to work it off. I found myself running to do things rather than walking, and I would also pace while I was working. I didn't intend on it, but I was constantly moving. This is great for burning fat after you eat.

There were a few side effects to Metabolift though. It took me a while to realize it, but I was having mood swings due to the supplement. I would be excessively happy one minute, then wanting to scream at someone the next. Normally after an effect like that, I would have stopped usage, but the thing with Metabolift was that I saw immediate results. I believe I lost 7 pounds my fist week, and it wasn't hard at all. I found myself coming home from work so happy when I would step on the scale and the results would grow every day. After 3 months on Metabolift, I had lost 35 pounds. I went from 250-215. 220 had been my original goal weight, even though that would still classify me as overweight at 6'3". I was extremely satisfied with my weight, and everyone was noticing and complimenting. I made the decision I would finally try for the body I always wanted (between 165-175), however Metabolift stopped working.

I figured I had built up a tolerance to it, so I stopped taking it for about 2 months. In that time, I tried a product called Optidrene, which gave me and incredible amount of energy. Too much energy in fact. I got very ill after taking it. I dropped about 3 pounds in the time I took it, but then I quit. I didn't take anything for a half a month, and the weight all stayed off. I then started taking Metabolift again, and since I have dropped to 195. People saying, "Are you losing weight?" turned into, "Wow, you look great." I'm 20 years old, and people I went to high school with don't even recognize me. I know I am going to reach my goal weight with this and I would recommend it to anyone. It has truly changed my life for the better. There are side effects to it though, and I urge you not to abuse it, just stick with it and it will work. Learning when to stop is the hardest part, but the motivation to lose weight comes in the bottle. I wish everyone could feel the way I do right now.
