Consumer Review: I Lost 20 Pounds In 2 Months With Metabolift.
I have been on Metabolift for 2 months started October 18, 1999. I have lost 20 pounds. I eat the same foods that I have always eaten but with Metabolift you eat less of it. You also have more energy. I have adjusted my dosage from 2 times a day one tablet (mid-morning and mid afternoon) to One in the morning, one before lunch, and one before dinner, and I feel fine. (remember more is not better).
