What Is The Maximum Amount Of Protein I Should Consume In One Sitting?

I've heard the body can utilize only so much protein at one time. What is the maximum amount of protein I should consume in one sitting? If I add skim milk to the whey protein drink I'm currently using, it adds up to 50g of protein.

Well, from all the people I've talked to, and reviews I've read, the body can only take in and process between 30 and 35 grams of protein in one sitting. After that, it just gets turned into waste.

After studying bodybuilding nutrition for many years, I recently read an article written by a doctor who stated that the body can only digest 60-100 grams of protein at one sitting. Much of the digestion depends on the health of the person's digestive tract, especially the amount of good microflora in the intestines.
