Works very well for me. Two capsules three times a day with one aspirin. Initially it reduces appetite significantly. This comes back after a few days. I find it makes me a little hypo. I can train harder for longer though. I generally don't take the afternoon/evening dose as I sleep better. Lost 10kgs and only use it sporadically now. Kept the weight off for 2 yrs. Good luck. Does make me thirsty and I drink lots of extra water when on it. Usually cycle on/off as I feel like it. Probably on for 2-3 days and off for a week or so.

I have used Ripped Fuel on and off for two years. It has worked great for me. Two caplets, two aspirin before my workout and in various amounts throughout the day. I lost thirteen pounds in the first month and have maintained this weight. The only drawback I have found is that this supplement should not be taken by an already grouchy person.
