Consumer Review: I Think I'm Addicted To Ripped Fuel.
I think I'm addicted to it. I have to have it to get through my day. At first I had all the energy I could ever possible want, but it has decreased some since I first started taking it. I have lost a lot of weight with it and I am very happy with the way it gives me energy to get through my exercises.

The best way to take Ripped Fuel is with exercise. I guarantee it. I do not even take the stuff if I am not going to work out that day. This keeps me from getting hooked on it--which will happen, I have seen it. It also keeps my body in check in conjunction with weight loss because it provides that boost of energy when I run or lift weights. Taking it every day can fool your metabolism, and this is what will cause those "lows" everyone talks about when they come off of it. Don't overload your body with it. All of the products on the market are potentially safe as long as you are smart and do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Ripped fuel has been know to cause many body problems in the long run, including heart problems. So if you find out that you're addicted to it, I advise you to take less and do it with a lot of water. If your body is in the shape you want, don't worry that you'll lose it if you stop. If you still work consistently, you'll stay the same.

I also believe that I am addicted to Ripped Fuel. It scares me that I need it in order to just have energy. I am going to lay off it the best I can, but I have tried this before and it only leaves me feeling depressed, and it decreases my playing performance on the softball field. I miss my normal energy!
