Consumer Review: After 2 Years Of Experimentation, I Have Found A Way To Take Ripped Fuel With No Negative Side Effects.

I am a college student and am just about to turn 21 years old. I have been using Ripped Fuel on and off for about 2 years, and I have experienced a lot of positives and negatives with it and have found a way to take it without the negative side effects. The problems with the product begin when an individual tries to use the recommended dosage right off the bat, or tries to increase the dosage without testing their body first. My advice is to take one pill a day for about a week--preferably with breakfast or with lunch if you stay up late nights studying, working, etc. Try this, and if you do not feel jittery or feel bad, then the next week take 2 pills. If this feels like too much, them drop back down to one.

The best way to take Ripped Fuel is with exercise. I guarantee it. I do not even take the stuff if I am not going to work out that day. This keeps me from getting hooked on it--which will happen, I have seen it. It also keeps my body in check in conjunction with weight loss because it provides that boost of energy when I run or lift weights. Taking it every day can fool your metabolism, and this is what will cause those "lows" everyone talks about when they come off of it. Don't overload your body with it. All of the products on the market are potentially safe as long as you are smart and do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Also, do not drink an excess of caffeine when you are taking Ripped Fuel. If you take a pill that morning, cut out your coffee and caffeinated beverages for that day. Drink plenty of water. This will keep you from getting a dehydrated feeling that everyone talks about, and will also help you lose weight. It has been proven that if you want to lose weight--drink your water and stop with the coke's and dr. pepper's. The most significant reductions in my weight I have seen are when I lay off the cokes, take my ripped fuel, exercise, and drink a couple of liters of water a day.

Lastly, and this is important, NEVER take 3 pills on an empty stomach. I had a basketball tournament one Saturday morning and decided that since I felt a little lax in energy that morning, that I would give myself a little "boost". I damn near went to the hospital because I experienced every negative symptom short of vomiting everywhere. It is not a good idea. A buddy of mine is studying to be a actor, and we sat down and figured out that the dose I took had the same effect on my body that drinking well over 13 cups of coffee would!! That was not smart, and please learn from my mistakes. As well, cycle off Ripped Fuel. I usually stay on for 2-3 weeks, taking it only in conjunction with exercise, and then lay off it for about 3 weeks before rotating back on again. You will see better side effects this way while also preventing yourself from getting "hooked" on the stuff and from overloading your body.

Hope this helps out. Be smart with he stuff and it can be a wonderful, wonderful product.

Just wanted to say thanks for your input. I thought it was very unbiased and informative. You gave both negative and positive effects. I really dislike it when people can't see both sides. Appreciate your comments.

I absolute agree. I started taking ripped fuel for one week, taking 1/2 dosage of one pill three times a day. However, I did not change my water intake level or my meal intake and I had the worst side effects--the sore throat, the nausea, the insomnia, everything y'all all have. So I stopped immediately and started doing some research and read the responses on the website. So I started again, but differently by taking the dosage of two pills in the morning and two pills during lunch. I am also drinking about 1/2 gallon of water between breakfast and my workout at around 3pm. I have the energy that I feel I need to work out, and at the same time I don't feel sick during the day. I have lost all the symptoms, I have reduced the insomnia, and I am able to be very active at work all day without drinking coffee. However I haven't noticed the body changes yet, but I know the body does not change overnight, so I am going to do a 3 week cycle and see what results appear. Thank you all for your advice.
