Consumer Review: Ripped Fuel Caused Dizziness, Sweating And Dry Mouth, But I'm Going To Keep Taking It.
I have been using Ripped Fuel for three weeks now and have lost 15 lbs and have had a lot of energy. But like the others, I have experienced dizziness, sweating and dry mouth. But as far as the results go, they are great. These side effects are not bad enough to make me stop using Ripped Fuel.

I have been taking Ripped Fuel on and off for nearly a year. One thing that I have noticed is that you need to take the pills for two months, then take about six weeks off. I usually don't take the dinner or the lunch doses that are recommended because I don't want to get too hooked to the stuff. I find that if you take three pills in the morning, you will have a better workout and you will lose the weight anyway. When you take the six weeks off, I recommend that you work out at least twice a day to prevent weight gain. I really have no complaints about the product, but by doing the six weeks off, I find that you won't get hooked to it. One other thing, DRINK WATER. Mix your water with at least one 20 oz Gatorade or Powerade for every liter of water. Makes the shakes go away.
