Consumer Review: In My Ten Years Of Weight Training, I Never Took Supplements Until I Discovered Ripped Fuel.
There are a lot of excellent reviews and questions about ripped fuel here. Personally, I have weight trained 10+ years without using supplements. But 3 months ago, I gave in and started using ripped fuel. Now, I have lost 18 pounds of fat and I feel great. The key to weight loss is healthy eating combined with exercise. Supplements alone are NOT adequate. They are not to be used as a "quick fix."My advice, for what it is worth, before taking any type of supplement, research it for possible side effects, drug interactions and speak with a trainer or physician concerning the supplement. A lot of the people who do not understand why they are having side effects should have done more research.
