Consumer Review: Ripped Fuel Is A Great Supplement If You Treat It As An Aid, Not A Crutch.

I am a 31 year old woman who has been taking Ripped Fuel on and off for about two years now. I have nothing bad to say about the supplement. I took it first about two years ago, after a co-worker and I started working out. He suggested it as an aid to increase the duration and intensity of my workouts. He suggested that I take one a half hour before my workout on an empty stomach. I read the bottle and noticed that the bottle suggested more, but I listened to his advice. I felt great! I worked out harder and longer and had less fatigue the next day. There also wasn't the usual soreness in the muscles. I also drank over 64 ounces of water every day, so there was never the chance of dehydration.

I lost about 30 pounds and gained 10 pounds of muscle over a period of six months. I never take more than two before any workout and never take them if I'm not working out. I also have tried the stimulant-free formula and had good results. If people are effected severely by caffeine, then they should try the stimulant-free version. It cuts down on that speedy feeling.

I have again started to train in the last 12 weeks and have used Ripped Fuel again as an aid, not a crutch, in my training and have found the same results. If I take two before a workout and eat a proper diet, while drinking plenty of water, there is no problem. Not drinking plenty of water and eating junk food and overdoing it on the Ripped Fuel is going to cause you problems. This isn't a miracle pill, it's an aid--you have to use common sense. There is no quick result to losing weight and gaining muscle mass--it has to be a lifestyle change, not a drug choice. I don't recommend this product to anyone under 18 either. It's too easy to think that there are no side effects. Proper diet and exercise aren't really understood by most people under 18. It's something that we learn as we get older. You have to take care of your body or it won't take care of you.
