I started taking ripped fuel when my teammates offered it to me. I take it before practices and games (football). It keeps me very focused. My first time taking it was before a game. I took 2. All throughout the game, I was not tired and nothing hurt. My second time taking it was before a practice and I had my best practice this season. I was pumped up the whole time and in the mood to work hard. However, at times I felt dizzy, but that's all the side effects I had, and it wasn't that bad. The third time was the next practice and I only took 2. For some reason, it didn't really kick in. I mean I felt no pain, but I didn't get pumped like the first couple of times. My last time using it was my second game. I took 4 and I felt no pain, but again I didn't get pumped up as much as I thought it would let me.
Now, I haven't talked to my friends yet, but I believe it was
because I ate a lot of rice around 3 and a half hours before I
took it, but I didn't think it would have mattered. Each time
I have also had lots of water before I take it, which you must
do because you become hydrated easily. I have also produced a
lot more sweat than I normally do. Like others, my heart rate
went up, but I was told that this is because more blood is being
sent to your heart, so your body is working at a quicker level.
Overall, I think this product is great, and that it helps me step up to a higher level when practicing and playing. I would say if I ever got any strange heart problems, I would immediately stop taking ripped fuel, but so far it has worked. Another thing: after my second time taking it at my practice, I came home and was in a good mood. I came home, did everything my mom asked and then my homework. It helped me focus and keep a good attitude. It was a nice feeling! Some of my friends say they are in a good mood after taking it, like enthusiastic about taking it.
