Consumer Review: Here Are My Tips For Using Ripped Feul To Enhance Weight Loss And Weight Lifting.

First of all, I want to say how shocked I am at how many minors are using ripped fuel. It is illegal to buy unless you are 18.

Also, ripped fuel should only be used if you are working out rigorously on a regular basis. A MULTIVITAMIN SHOULD ALWAYS BE TAKEN SOMETIME IN THE DAY IF YOU SUPPLEMENT WITH RIPPED FUEL! Ripped fuel should be taken first thing in the morning to enhance fat loss. The "post sleeping-pre eating" stage when you first wake up will jump start your metabolism if you exercise in the morning.

If you are trying to lose weight fast here is my recommendation. Take two to three (depending on your individual tolerance) ripped fuels upon awakening with a glass of water. Do 30 to 45 minutes of aerobics, then wait one hour before eating. Also, drink a lot of water throughout the day. During early evening, take 2 to 3 more. And of course eat right.

If used to enhance a weight lifting workout: Take two to three pre-workout on an empty stomach. One hour later, eat a meal high in carbohydrates (cereal or toast) with a multivitamin. This combination will jump start any workout.

If you find that you have troubles sleeping after taking ripped fuel, drink a big glass of orange juice or some other high vitamin C juice.
