Serotril

I tried the Serotril program for three months. I only lost but a few pounds, but the side effects were excellent.
I have a problem with low serotonin levels which seems to make my allergies almost unbearable. Years ago I was on an anti-depressant which contained a serotonin-reuptake-inhibitor (i.e. it prevented my body from absorbing my naturally produced serotonin before it had a chance to work.) This seemed to eliminate all trace of allergies. I did not want to stay on the anti-depressant forever, and the situation causing the depression was eliminated so I stopped taking it.
While taking the serotril this spring, I experienced no sign of allergy problems, but when I used up my supply, the allergies were back in just a few days. I also experienced an improvement in my attitude and feeling of well-being - not euphoria or a "high" - more of a "calm". Now that I know St. John's Wort is a replacement for the Serotril, with my regular vitamins and supplements, I will give that a try before I reorder the Serotril.

I just ordered my supply today. I would hope it works. I've tried Enforma system and cybergenic 14 day plan and even Dr. Atkins low carb diet. Well, I'm desperately looking for a change.
