Consumer Review: Serotril Is The Only Weight Loss Plan That Has Worked For Me.

I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight in the last couple of years, including a low fat diet combined with exercise and only gained more weight. When I received the pamphlet from Serotril in the mail it was the first time I had ever realized how much carbohydrates I was consuming and how they were making me overweight. I was eating up to 6 bowls of cereal for breakfast alone! For lunch I thought I was being healthy by eating a bagel. I know maybe I was eating more carbs than most people, but Serotril was hard for me at the beginning. I was amazed at how much carbs were in the foods I ate normally. Cereal was the hardest, but bread was very hard also. But I found a lot of foods that I like and had always thought I couldn't eat because they were high in fat, like nuts and cheese. I am a vegetarian also, so I can eat tofu.

Yes, it was hard to follow at times, but I don't really miss pasta, bagels, cereals etc. toe much anymore because I concentrate on what I CAN eat. I lost more weight than than any other diet. I got down to the lowest I've ever weighed, 106 pounds. I felt great, I had more energy and my digestion improved greatly. It was cool because every day my jeans would feel looser, and my old bras were way too big.

For some dumb reason I got off the system in the summer and gained weight big time. Now I am taking Serotril again, and I hope it works like it did before. I am willing to pay the money because it is the only plan that has ever worked and it really changed my life. I also would like to add that I did exercise on the plan, going to kickboxing at least 2 days a week, walking a lot, jogging sometimes and weight lifting for awhile, which I'm sure contributed. But, I know that the exercise alone would not have been enough. I'm sorry that it doesn't work for everyone, but I know it can work for some people because It did for me.

Thanks for the encouragement to go for it. I too have lost and gained weight, but I see that your experience shows that it is possible for me to do the same. Only I will try not to get off, but make it a way of life.

Thanks again,
Ms. G

Response #2

My pamphlet stated nothing about giving up carbs. Is this in fact how this program works? If that is the case I could do that on my own. I also understand that the active ingredient is "hypericin" which is St. John's Wort. Is this in any way harmful if I am already taking an MAO inhibitor? Had you tried St. John's Wort prior to Serotril? "Hypericin" is a lot cheaper than this program.
