Serotril helped me lose 20 lbs. I was exercising 60 to 90 min a day eating a normal vegetarian diet, but couldn't get the extra 15 lbs off. I stopped eating bread, cereal, potatoes, pasta, rice and the weight just fell off. Now I eat fruit, vegetables, soy products, nuts, cheese, eggs, pretty much anything and a normal serving of carbohydrates each day. I feel wonderful and have more than an adequate amount of energy to get me through the day. It's worth a try if you don't eat too much protein w/fat.
