I have been taking a combination of St.John's Wart and Kava. I love it because the St. John's Wort gives a kind of positive happy feeling and the Kava is very calm and peaceful. These supplements seem to help tremendously with PMS. (My family is alive and happy.)

Recently, my father heard on the radio that St. John's Wort was in some recent studies (there's always a study), which said it had some very bad side effects. Can you give me any more information?
