Hi, I'm a 15 year old, 5'7", 125lb, track runner. As you can see by my weight and height, I'm not very big. I also don't gain weight easily because I have a medium-hard track practice at least 5 days a week that burns off calories. What is the best way for me to gain weight in the form of muscle? I also want to know if supplements are a bad idea for a teenager? If not, what brands are FDA safe, if any? If not, what can I eat that may increase my weight? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

There is a drink called ENSURE PLUS. It works great for me and since you are training, I think this will be the best thing for you. It has a lot of calories and protein. Protein builds muscle.
