I am 15 years old and I lift weights. I started on Flex Magazine's H.U.G.E. Program a week ago. The amount of reps is incredible. It usually takes me 1 1/2 hours to complete the whole workout. After about an hour I'm pretty burned out. Is there a supplement that would help me get through this workout easier?

One thing that you have to understand John is that the guy's in those magazines have two things going for them. One they have been training for many years and the second they are not natural. This enables them to recover quicker than you or I and handle routines that would put an ordinary man in his grave. As you are finding out without the "extras" they use, they wouldn't be able to finish their routines either. Don't get discouraged.

Hey John,
That is a very tough program, but don't be discouraged. If you are feeling burned out at least you know you are making gains. There is an energy supplement called Ultimate Orange (available at GNC) that you might try. It has really helped me out.
