Training Question: I Want To Get Cut Like A Model, Not Big Like A Football Player. What Is The Best Workout For Me?

I want to get really cut and not big. How can I get really cut, like a model's body and not big like a football player? What exercises can I do in my daily workout and how should I do them? Also I have some kind of either loose muscle or fat in my chest, how can I get rid of it, it drives me insane? Thank you.

Four words: Light weight high reps.

Lots of cardio workout and less weight with more reps!

Lift weights before cardio. Work your upper body and lower body on different days. It will be best if you do aerobics classes at least 3 times a week.
