Training Question: What Is A Good Exercise To Give My Thin Calves More Shape?

My calves are really thin and I was wondering what kind of exercise can I do to give it more shape. Thanks.

The best exercises which I feel are for the calves the "Donkey Calve Raise." This is simply because it really isolates the calves and brings out the definition and shape in them when preformed properly with good form. (Remember to point the toes out to work the inner part of the calf and in to work the outer part of the calves and straight ahead to work the overall calf.) If you superset these with seated calf raises going to failure on each set you will be laughing!

I agree with Donkey Raises. I also do seated calf raises as described. I also find I can train my calves everyday I work out. I only get to the gym three days per week. I find rest to play a bigger role as I grow older. The last item I wish to pass on is to stretch those calves as well as any other muscle you work daily.
