I play football, and we like to go until we cant! Well, my partner and I have been lifting for a while so this is a higher level. We like to go past what we can do in reps. We do about ten (we are burned out by now) then, without rest, we go about 5 or 6 more. Your partner needs to stop you so the weight moves smoothly. I am a teen and this has helped us a lot. I am 14 and I went from 158 to 175lbs. I am still solid. I hope this helps who ever wants to try it!

At your age, anything will work, so it's not necessarily your training method. Speaking of training method, whatever you're doing is actually counter-productive and could lead to injury. The intense technique of forced reps should not be performed on every set and every workout.
