Question: Who Might Benefit From Tyramine And When Should It Be Avoided?

I read some response to a question about tyramine and it seems that many feel the need to avoid or limit tyramine. This is somewhat contradictory to a Loren Biser health newsletter that is advocating tyramine as the "ultimate food for the adrenals and thyroid gland." So my question is this: "Who might benefit from tyramine, and when should it be avoided?
