Vanadyl Sulfate

I'm hypoglycemic and I need to know if Vanadyl Sulfate can work with me or against me. I body build and do a lot of cardiovascular exercising as well I hear that it's good for cases like mine from other people, but I need it in writing. I can't go on what other people just say in the gym. I think it sounds great if it can help me increase muscle growth and help control my blood sugar levels. Is this what it really seems to be or should I still be cautious of the product? If it's OK then how much do you recommend for someone like me to take?
