Weight Gainers

Well, I bought this Gain Fast product and it contains at least
500 carbs. It says to take up to 1-3 drinks per day. I am still
drinking this product and am wondering will I ever gain weight?
If you would be so kind as to answer my question, it would be of
great pleasure.
Thank you,
Angel

You are obviously still burning more calories than you are ingesting.
Calories you take in must exceed the rate you burn them in order
to gain. Find out how many calories your body type needs daily to
maintain your present weight and then exceed that number. A complete
physical examination would be a good place to start to rule out
any possible physical condition that might be responsible for your
not gaining. Just my personal observations based on my experience
with this problem. I too am on the thin side and have trouble gaining,
so I read a lot about it. My weight always stays the same no matter
what I eat....I just don't eat enough to gain. |
I have a fast metabolism as well, but since last year I have put
on 40 lbs. I went from 160 lbs. to 200 lbs. (6'3"). You need
to eat a lot of protein like pork, eggs, chicken, and red meats.
If you are feeling full when you are eating, eat a little more.
Not too much to make yourself sick though. Train hard and a larger
appetite will come.

That's because it is junk and does not have what it says it contains.
Try some n large or muscle max and eat chicken and meats and potatoes.
You know I can't get into a diet for you, but just eat the food
too. Not just the shakes. They are just a quick and easy way to
get the calories and proteins and carbs you need to grow. Try to
drink one before bed time. That's a good time because you can't
burn off the calories that fast and it will fuel your body at sleep
time. |
