Consumer Review: The Secret To Gaining Weight As A Teen Is METABOLISM.

I just wanted to say that I first started working out at about 15, but I could never get any results. Everyone was bigger, stronger and I was always being pushed around. Then, I decided to take supplements (you know, the tv commercials with big guys). I first tried a 30 dollar weight gainer from Healthy 'n Fit. I was'nt using it right. I was taking too much of it cause I was ignorant and inexperienced in metabolism. So I got no results (oh, I weighed 125 pounds at about 5'4").

Then, about a year later, I bought Victory's Mass 1000($19.95) and bingo! Ten pounds heavier (in two weeks) and all my friends thought it was incredible! This was in August. Then, around december, I bought a small jar of Dynamic Muscle Builder ($7.95) by Joe Weider and another 7 pounds ( in about 10 days or less). That added up to about 150 pounds. It might not be much for some, but for a 16 year old, it was good. I looked great. I maintained a 28" waist, I could now walk in the proud Coyote Gym with confidence! But most of all, nobody messed with me. I wasn't a huge 200 pound glob of fat, but damn I was fit and strong.

I recommended these supplements to all my skinny friends and a book called" Bigger Muscles in 42 Days" that helped me gain another 6 pounds in about 3-4 days ( with out supplements). My friend got the book and gained s--t loads of mass (no supplements) in one week-end!!!!!! EVERY one noticed his back and chest were fuller and rock hard. I was amazed. GREAT BOOK!!! Neither of us completed the 42 days though.

The secret to gaining weight as a teen is METABOLISM. The timing of food intake is the key. It's not WHAT you take, but WHEN. We don't need testosterone boosters! We have s--t loads of it right now. We need the right balance of Protein, Carbs, and, yes, Fats. And the time taken is most important. That is why I gained over 15-20 pounds in less than a year without getting fat (I have a small waist). Forget creatine and all the other s--t right now in your teens. Just concentrate on weight gainers for now. Victory Mass 1000 and Dynamic Weight gainer are VERY low in price and damn, THEY WORK! But its up to you to make them work. Timing is the key!

Divide a serving into 2-4 servings and take throughout the day (especially after a work out) and use 3 sets with 8-10 reps with moderate weight. This always works for teens on weight gaining cycles. Don't follow the pros' training programs! They were not made for us! They have done me no good and a lot of bad. Stick to the basics. Nutrition, rest, exercise- no mumbo jumbo! I am not a scientist, or an advertiser, I am just a teen who spends as much time in the library as in the gym, and I prove my points on real humans, not in animals!

I can not believe what i just read. Kids getting more mass in one weekend! Ya, Whatever! This has to be one of the most untruthful pieces of work I have ever read. You have got a good imagination though. Maybe you should try writing fairy tales.

Nice try, but don't act too proud. Of course, if you pump yourself full of weight gainers you'll get big. You only gained about fifteen pounds and as a teen weight gainers have been proven to be harmful (Growth stunting, etc.). What I did, which is really hard to believe, is I went on a diet. I lowered my Calorie intake to about 1300. Since I'm an active teen, my metabolism naturally slowed down to not use up all the cals at once. After a few weeks, I stuffed myself with the most carbohydrates and protein filled foods I could find. Your body will instinctively save up all that food. (A self protection mechanism in preparation that there might be another so called "Famine".) This bulk was completely turned to muscle within a week. I gained over 20lbs and now I can press nearly twice as much. But be careful not to over do this technique because you might end up fighting a knew problem, (HOW TO LOSE ALL THE WEIGHT).

Please explain to us how weight gainers 'stunt your growth as a teen'? They contain nothing but carbs, fat, sugar, protein, etc. Since when has this been shown to stunt growth? Get your info straight.

This is the biggest piece of BS I've ever read. What're you trying to do? Sell weight gainer and supplements to teenagers or something?
