Weight Gainers

I've gotten good results from Twinlab's Gainer Fuel 2500. Each
serving is 2100 calories, 50g of protein, and almost no fat. I only
took one third of that, about 700 calories per serving. I feel that
anything over thousand calories is just going to convert most of
the excess to fat. I consumed over 4000 calories a day for two weeks
and have put on 11 pounds and increased weight I can lift by at
least 20%. I made the same kind of gains when I first started working
out, but have not gained a single pound in at least 6 to 7 months
until now. I also take Phosphagen Hp Creatine and EAS Precision
Protein.
