Consumer Review: The Key To Putting On Weight Is To Eat Everything In Sight.

If you want to gain weight, you have to eat. If you are not worried about gaining a little fat, eat everything in sight while trying to eat good, nutritious foods, not a bunch of candy bars. If you find it hard to eat a lot of meals throughout the day, then try to drink a gallon of milk a day or every other day if your budget permits.

As far as supplements, I have gained 25lbs in the last several months. I ate lots of food and took Meso Tech Shakes once a day. Try to eat a lot of protein as well, but know that your body can only digest around 30 grams at a time, so don't eat 500 grams of protein at one meal. Rather, spread it out if you want your body to truly use the protein right. Also, try to eat every 2-3 hours and you should see gains. But you have to get good sleep and lift hard, as well as staying away from cardio for a while.
