Question: What Is The Best Way For A 15 Year Old To Gain Lean Mass?

I am a 15 year old basketball player, but I also play football and track. I train hard every day whether it is weight training or my agility workout. On my weight training days I also work on my shooting and passing. On my agility workout days I practice my ball handling and defense. I weigh about 135 and I am about 5"8. I want to gain lean mass, and put on a few more pounds too. Thank you for your time, it is deeply appreciated.

I am the same way. I am 14 years old. At the beginning of this year I weighed 90lbs and I was 5.5 ft tall so I didn't go out for wrestling. Instead, I hit the weight room every morning at my school and I was taking only 1 ripped fuel and also taking a protein drink . After football season, I was weighing in at 125lbs and I was a tough basta-d. Until my parents told me they were forcing me to do wrestling. Everybody told me I should go to 103 so I tried. After a while I just got fed up and said shove it and I quit. When I quite I weighed 105lbs and was feeling very weak. It was HELL but now I am back at 120 and going up.

If my rate keeps going the way I want, I will be able to play football next year finally. And then I can finally kick the people who have been picking on me in their sorry a$$es. Well right now I am going to order this stuff called HeavyWeight Gainer 900. It is supposed to be awesome and is great for football players because it helps you gain a lot of mass weight in a short matter of time. Everyone I asked said take that and also take creatine. They work together, so I am.

Just eat food and take a good protein drink. Don't do any aerobics. Try to get in the gym and out--30 minutes one body part a day and stick to basics like flat bench, incline, dips, straight bar curls, preacher curls, dumbbell curls, arms and so on. Don't start with a weight and add weight, just put weight on that is good for you to do three set with one warm up set and get at least 8 reps on the first set and 6 the second. Stay with that next time you work out and try to beat the sets you did last week. Keep a journal. It helps. Stay strong and don't give up. You're young and have all those hormones we all wish we still had but have to buy.

Hey, this is a response to the person who wrote answer #1. I just want to say that HeavyWeight Gainer 900 is a great product. It is so much better than those other weight gainers like the 1850 and 2220. I used those at first and didn't really gain anything. The taste was horrible as well. When I went to HeavyWeight Gainer 900, I gained about 2-4 pounds per week. The thing was that the taste was great and I actually wanted to take it. I am 16 and weigh 135. Hopefully, you'll take the advice.
