How are you doing Mr. Schultz? My name is Adrian. I'm 22, 5'11" and weight 180 lbs. I'm new at all this and I just started to lift weights. I like the way you list every thing what to do. It is easy to follow. But I have a problem. Since I'm new at all this I have a problem understanding the meanings for the different workouts. For example: Bi's, Tri's, BN Military press, etc. And also the names of the weight bars. For example: Dumbbell, Parallel, etc. And also if you can tell me how to work on my back, arms, chest, etc. If you can help me understand all this things I would really appreciate it.

Thank You
Adrian

Hello, Mr. Schultz I'm writing to you not for your exercise program but information on how you can obtain a position as a strength coach for colleges. I have a friend who is a personal trainer. He has been inquiring to the Cleveland Browns for a job. They told him to start by working at a college for some experience on the job. If there is any information that you can give me to pass on to him that would be wonderful and very helpful! Thank you for your time. By the way, I'm not your average female lifter. I try and work out as hard as the guys and have been doing it for two years. Look forward to trying out parts of the routine since I'm not a football player.

Thank you,
Karen
