Consumer Review: I Lost About 20 Pounds In Just Over A Month While Taking Xenadrine.

Xenadrine has really helped me lose excess body fat. I lost about 20lbs within a little over a month of taking it. I also exercised daily and cut down my carb intake. Xenadrine definitely gave me a lot more energy, but I would recommend not taking the full dosage at first. Progressively do it, because your body will become immune to it. The only downside I faced were some crashes when I took high doses, but it really wasn't so bad.

I just bought this product. I was wondering, how much exercise did you do and did you cut back on the fat intake too? Also, how did you take the meds? Did you skip it every three days or how did you do it?

Thank you,
Maggie

Maggie, I have taken Xenadrine on and off for the past six months. I never have taken the full dosage...I only take two capsules first thing in the morning about 30 minutes before I eat and don't worry about taking anymore until the next morning. I have not become addicted or felt that I HAVE to have them to get going. I think if you try it you should take it however YOU feel that is a comfortable and safe plan for you.

About exercise, I exercise about four days a week...sometimes five...sometimes only three. It's not always rigorous, sometimes it's just taking my dog for a longer and faster walk than usual...whatever I can fit in to my schedule. I am a fitness buff, however, I don't worry about HAVING to get a two hour workout in if I can only work out for 30 minutes. You have to listen to your own body and do whatever you can do...but whatever you do, don't give up on yourself and keep moving!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

I have been taking Xenadrine on and off for about 6 months or longer. I do admit it works, but as soon as I stopped taking it, the weight did come back on after awhile. And I haven't changed my diet while on it or off it or my exercise.

I have been a Xenadrine user (in cycles) for a year now. It has given me energy to burst through workouts that I have never had before. It has also trimmed a lot of baby fat. I'm female, 21, 135lbs, 5'11. I am able to take 4 a day, but if you don't burn the energy it gives you by working out, you will definitely have problems sleeping and may be restless, i.e. twitching and fidgeting. I would not recommend it for inactive people. It probably still works if you don't exercise, but it's not good to have your heart rate so high while you sit at a desk or something. Also, don't drink coffee while on Xenadrine and don't take it sporadically. 1 week on, 1 week off or 1 month, 2 weeks, or some other pattern is good.

I have been taking xenadrine for the past 6 months. I went from 203 to 160 lbs. Xenadrine is a great product if you want to lose weight and keep it off. I recommend it for those who would like to lose weight. But you must do some form of exercise, not strenuous but something (i.e. running, walking, tennis, any type of exercise that you would not normally do). For instance, I myself have taken up running to the extreme that I run at least 20 or so miles weekly.
