Consumer Review: Xenadrine Was Giving Me The Shakes Until I Changed The Dosage And Improved My Eating And Exercise Habits.
I just about finished my first bottle of Xenadrine and I have lost inches more than weight. I followed the directions to a "T" and after the first week I tried 6 capsules a day (I weighed about 205lbs). At first it didn't bother me, but than within that week I started to feel weird and get the shakes, so I just cut back on the dosage and I was fine.
So, what I started doing was rotate on the dosage (take only 4 capsules one day 6 another, etc.) and my body was better able to tolerate it. It gave me energy and curb my desire to eat. At the same time, I started to change my eating habits and exercise which consisted of light weight training and about 40-45 minutes of cardio. This supplement has worked better for me than any other that I have taken. Ultimately, eating right and exercise gives the best results when taking supplements.
