Consumer Review: You Can Avoid
Most Of The Side Effects Of Xenadrine If You Just Follow The Directions.
I've been on Xenadrine for about 3 weeks and I feel great, but
I wanted to respond to people who basically don't follow directions.
Right on the back of the bottle, it says, and I quote, "begin
use with one half the recommended dose for the first seven days
to ASSESS YOUR TOLERANCE." Did you see that? If you do that,
you should be fine. I was fine, my supervisor was fine and about
15 of my co-workers...FINE!
Response #1
Everyone seems to be talking about their directions, but I myself
didn't receive any. Even on the back of the bottle, it says nothing
about dosage except that the maximum is 4 pills a day. Is says nothing
about what I should start with, what times of day, etc. In fact,
people in this Q&A seem to have different ideas about what a
full dose is--some are taking six pills, some four, and some state
that a half dose is two and others that it is three.
I have just received my pills and have begun with two pills a
day in the morning, as this seemed to make the most sense (I don't
want to wake up all night), but I would really appreciate it if
you or someone else would actually verbatim tell me what instructions
you were given. In the meantime, I will attempt to consult the
manufacturer as to why I was not given some of the information
many of you have obviously received.
