Consumer Review: I Haven't Lost Any Weight After 25 Days On Xenadrine.

I have been on Xenadrine 25 days now and have been exercising 10 times a week (morning cardio, afternoon weights), eating low fat foods (10-15%) and proteins (30-35%). The problem is I am not seeing any weight loss. I read about people loosing 10 pounds in a week or 40 in 2 months and at the rate I'm going, I'll be amazed if I lose 1 pound in a month.

Here are my stats: 27 years old, male, 5'4", 165lbs and would like to loose a least 15 pounds in about 12 weeks. That's one of the reasons I bought Xenadrine...to lose the weight fast. What am I doing wrong? Please help, I am frustrated. Any info would be great.

Thank you,
Benno

Benno,

If you are trying to lose 15lbs in 12 weeks, you do not need to add any supplements to your diet. If you exercise regularly (5 days a week with a mix of cardio and strength), while increasing water intake and reducing fat intake, you should be able to lose 1-2lbs per week. Try to eat lean proteins like fish and chicken, fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Good luck!

You are turning your fat into muscle by working out. You might even see weight gain. Keep at it and you will have a nicely proportioned body.

Dude,

First of all, REMEMBER Xenadrine is a fat-burner more than a weight-loser. If you haven't got a lot of fat on your body, then you won't see a lot of results.

I weighed about 194 pounds 8 weeks ago, and now I've come down to 178 pounds. I had quite a lot of fat, especially around my mid-section and most of it is gone now. My girlfriend was away on leave for 6 weeks and got surprised when she saw me about a week ago. She thinks I look great. I've still got a little bit of fat deposit around my lower abs and I've switched to Hydroxycut to burn those final pounds off.

This is the routine I've been following. I've added some tips as well, which have helped me out, personally:

-- 30-min cardio (riding treadmill on a low intensity setting) X 4 times/week.
-- Weight training 3 X per week (split up into 1 body part per day; chest/shoulders, legs, arms. Allow one day rest in between.
-- CUT your daily intake to about 1700 calories, combined with a high protein diet. I use Whey Protein shakes. Keep away from junk foods, sugar, and even milk.
--To burn fat, do your cardio FIRST THING in the morning after you wake up, on an empty stomach. This is NOT a option. Doing cardio any other time is NOT about burning fat, but building stamina and physical tolerance!
-- Try taking the max dosage if your body can handle it, BUT for evening dosage, take it before 3PM otherwise you'll be up for the rest of the night!
-- Finally, remember all these fat-burning products on the market are merely SUPPLEMENTS. They WON'T work by just taking them! You'll have to do your part. Lots of cardio, limiting your daily fat/cal intake and making sure you are eating to live NOT living to eat!

Losing fat is not easy and it won't happen overnight. People who report they've lost 10 pounds in a week are the ones who are way overweight (over 230 pounds) and this is due to Xenadrine's appetite suppressant formula. After the initial fat loss, it will become hard, BUT you've got to stick with your healthy routine and that depends on just how badly you wanna become slim!!

Fighting fat is not about doing it for a month or 2 months or 3 months, but it will have to be a life-long priority if you wanna stay healthy (and look good) even when you are 50 years old!

Did you know that approx. 15,000 Americans hit the grave every year from diseases related to fat? So ask yourself...just how much are you prepared to fight fat?

Two years ago, I weighed only 165 pounds, but after I started living to eat, I piled on fat like anything and suffered from high blood pressure and occasional chest pains . These last 2 months have changed not just my physique, but my health conditions as well. It has also boosted up my self-confidence. After almost 1 1/2 years, my friends and family are coming up to me and saying I look great. That's perhaps the biggest compliment anyone could have ever given me!

Well, here's what I think. You probably have way too many carbohydrates in your body, and perhaps you're starving and depriving it of certain nutrients, particularly protein. See, when you choose to starve your body, your body tends to resist by holding on to the fat that you have. You therefore need to eat less carbohydrates and consume more lean protein. Protein will assist you in the muscle building process.

As for the scale, stay far from it. It will only delude you into thinking nothing is working for you. Rather, go by the way your clothes fit and how you feel. You see, I am a female that weighs approximately 135lbs, but yet I look as if I weight 120lbs. I've never let the number on the scale be my guide to my progress. Always remember that weight is only a number, and you can gain weight simply from drinking a glass of water. Therefore my dear, do not be discouraged. You also need to combine your cardio workouts with you weight training workouts, not keep them separate. It will certainly speed up your metabolism.

Please note that if you've been eating all those carbs, like the bread, the rice, the pasta, the potatoes, and all those low fat foods that are composed mainly of sugars, especially late at night, then certainly the weight or the fat will not leave you. I believe your real problem is the carbs. Eat only healthy and natural carbs like fresh fruit and vegetables. No doubt, if you keep off those unhealthy carbs for a week or two, you will be sure to see results. Trust me, I've been there, and by the way, Xenadrine does work!
