Consumer Review: I Stopped Taking Xenadrine Because It Was Wearing Out My Body.
I have taken xenadrine for two weeks. The first week I felt great with more energy but not stronger. It also gave me a hyper feeling like my heart was pumping twice as fast. By the second week the hyper feeling was starting to make me tired, like my body was working overtime. Even though I felt a lot of energy, I knew my body just wasn't getting enough rest. At the same time I lost strength in my workouts. So, I stopped taking it after the second week. I also didn't notice any weight loss while I was on it and I keep track of my diet and exercise. I now believe the best way to lose weight to take it slow.

I have to say that I feel the same way from Xenadrine. I also think that it is because I feel that I can now eat whatever I want and that is why I am not seeing any weight loss. I haven't gained weight either, so I am confused. I have two friends that lost about 20 lbs. in one month, so I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Everyone's personal body chemistry and makeup will determine how Xenadrine affects you. I've been on it for two weeks now, coupled with a low carb/high protein diet and weight training. It's too early to tell, but I'm prone to that "hyper" feeling one gets from caffeine-like products, and so far I haven't experienced anything like that. I also started taking Creatine and a daily multi-vitamin supplement. I'll give it another few weeks and write in with a status report. Hope it works out for the rest of you.
