Consumer Review: I Actually Gained Weight While Taking Xenadrine, But It's All Muscle And I Look Better Than Ever.

I have been taking Xenadrine faithfully every day for well over a month now. I didn't expect crazy results like the people appearing in the ad, nor did I let my weight be an issue to me. I am a female, 5'8" and look about 135 pounds. But really I'm 170 pounds. I have been doing a lot of weight training and I've built quite a lot of muscle. I haven't checked my body fat percentage yet, but I'm positive it's the lowest it's ever been in my life!

Just to let you all know that Xenadrine is not a miracle weight loss pill. You have to work with it, just like everything else. Also, don't let your weight discourage you, it's how you look in the mirror, not how much you weigh. If you are really that concerned about how much you weigh, keep working at it because it will eventually come off.

Response #1

I am a 6 foot 3 inch 22 year old male. I have been taking xenadrine for roughly one week now and have noticed some dramatic changes. The first one I noticed was that I was able to lift a lot more weight with more repetitions, and my metabolism was a lot higher. Last week, when I started taking xenadrine I weighed 194lbs, and now I weight around 202lbs. Now, I know this isn't a lot of weight gain, but my point here is that I've been eating less, and gaining a lot more muscle due to my increased workout.

I'm only taking 1 pill in the morning and 1 around 2pm, and I've noticed a dramatic increase in my energy level. I talked to my trainers about this product and they say that it's pretty much natural speed, and as long as I don't take it on a regular basis (i.e. 3 months straight), I'll be fine because I am a healthy person.

My opinion: If you're healthy and looking to build muscle and/or lose weight, it's worth a try. But do not start off with the 2 pills twice a day dosage. There's a good chance that you'll suffer some of the side effects, so start off slowly.
