Consumer Review: I lost 15 Pounds In 6 Days While Taking Xenadrine.

I took Xenadrine over two months ago. In 6 days on the product I lost 15 pounds. At the time I weighed 206 at 5'10. My diet was healthy, lower than 40g of fat, and high protein. I'm on a steady weight training routine. The week I took the product was no different. The first day I was hesitant and only took 2 pills, 1 in the morn, 1 in the afternoon. Felt a strong heart beat-but that was the only side effect I ever felt. Day two I maintained at 2 pills, day 3 I went up to 3, day 4 4 pills, day 5 5 pills, and day 6 I maintained at 5 pills. Measuring myself on the morning of the 6th day, I was down to 191 lbs. A 15 pound weight loss.

Just wanted to say congratulations on an ongoing job well done! Don't give up and continue to let us know how Xenadrine is doing. I'm taking it as well and can't wait to see the results...later! :)

I lost 11 lbs. in the first week while on xenadrine. I changed my diet to low fat/carb and have been working out about 6 days a week on cardio machines, burning about 800 cal a day. This stuff really works. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and lost 20 lbs. But last weekend, I ate some non-healthy food and gained a few lbs. back. I think this is better than the diet fuel I was taking.

Did you really lose 15 pounds in 6 days? Theoretically, 1 pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories In order to lose 15 pounds of fat, you'll have to burn 52,500 calories AND at the same time, cut down daily calorie intake by almost 75% to prevent loading up more calsories! If you managed to burn 52500 calories in 6 days, you must have one hell of a workout program, not to mention the metabolism system!

I've been using Xenadrine for 3 weeks and have lost only 5 pounds. I do cardio (35 minutes) 5 times a week followed by weight training (60 minutes) 3 times a week. Plus, I take a whey protein shake and eat small fat-free meals 4 times a day. Even on this vigorous diet/exercise program, I've lost only 5 pounds in 3 weeks.

Even if you did lose so much weight in 6 days, can you please tell me what sort of cardio and what intensity you do it on? Also I'd like to know what sort of a diet you are on to gain such a amazing metabolism system.

The story of someone losing 15 pounds of body fat in 6 days sounds too far-fetched to me. Please get your facts right and don't mislead the misinformed public.

No way anyone loses 15 pounds in 6 days!!

First, if it is true, probably about 14lbs of this was water weight (and possibly a small percentage was muscle), not fat. This weight can come back on just as fast as it went. Realistically, only plan on losing 1 to 2 pounds max of actual fat a week. About a half to 1 pound of fat is more realistic and a healthy rate. Second, taking 6 pills a day isn't healthy. This is where the side effects of any product will be seen. Don't abuse these supplements! Third, if you try to lose weight too fast you will burn muscle, trust me, I know from experience. You'll need all the muscle you can get for keeping your metabolism up and burning real fat.

About a year ago I was about 185lbs and wanted to get ripped for the summer. The problem was I started dieting in the beginning of June and planned on losing all the weight I needed by July. Never happened. I took hydroxycut and dieted (only about 1200 cal a day, not good!!) and ran. I lost weight, but also all the strength and size I spent months building up. Plus I felt crappy too, just in general.

Anyway, what it comes down to is that that losing 15 lbs in one week is not true. This information is wrong and misleading.

Fifteen pounds in 6 days NOT impossible. And the reason I know why....because I've lost 16 pounds in 1 day! Granted, it was not very healthy and totally stupid of me. I lost that much to wrestle in the 154 weight class at the Cadet Nationals at the beginning of my junior year of high school. The max you could lose without going to fat/muscle loss for someone my size and body fat (8% at 170lbs at the time) was 6.6 pounds.

So yeah, at least 7 or so pounds of the guy's weight loss was water. Anything else was muscle or fat. My guess is if he keeps up the pace, he'll be doing damage. Otherwise, he probably milked the pill for all it's worth. I've wrestled for a lot of years now and I'm pretty in tune with what my body can and can't do. I just wanted it to be clear that a body CAN do this. It may not be healthy and almost surely isn't totally safe, but it's possible.

Come on you guys, give this person a break. If he or she said they lost 15lbs in 6 days then let it be. Just focus on what you have to do. Try to accomplish your goal.
