Consumer Review: Xenadrine Can Cause Side Effects If You Don't Stop Drinking Coffee While You Take It.
I have taken Xenadrine on two different occasions. The first time was this past winter. I dropped about two inches in my waistline and saw some serious results in the mirror. I started a weight training routine and walking/running about 4 weeks before I discovered this product.
When I first started taking it, I took the reduced dosage recommended on the bottle. I also reduced my caffeine intake by drinking coffee that was a mix of half decaf half regular. I found that by dropping my caffeine intake, I did not get that nervous feeling. I also found that I had more energy and it was nice because it didn't feel like a caffeine high.
I am now using Xenadrine again to try to get some more definition. I did not cut my caffeine intake this time and have experienced some gas pains and nervousness. I have stopped taking it this week and will go back on it in a few days, but this time I will reduce my caffeine intake. I really think that is why I experienced the discomforts. I am feeling very drained while not taking it, but I also think that is due to the fact that I never cut my caffeine intake in the beginning. I will let you know the results.
I do recommend this product over Hydroxycut. I have taken that before and found that my workouts seem to go better while using Xenadrine rather than Hydroxycut. I seem to work up a better sweat with Xenadrine.
