Consumer Review: Xenadrine Is The Best Appetite Suppressant I Have Ever Tried, But It Made Me Feel Nauseous Like I Was Going To Pass Out.

I am an eighteen year old, around 104 lbs. I started taking Xenadrine over the summer and it helped me suppress my appetite better than anything I have ever tried. I stopped taking it after awhile and just started up again. It was making me feel like I was going to pass out. But, I honestly have no desire to eat while on it. Today I took the normal dosage that I usually take, 2 pills in the morning, and I almost thought I was going to throw up. I have never felt like this before. I also get kind of high strung. Wonder if that's normal. All in all, it's great for weight loss, but I am kind of wondering about a product that can race your heart beat.

Response #1

You shouldn't take two pills in the morning. Take one in the morning and one in mid-afternoon. As for intervals, if you take one at 8 in the morning, try taking the other one around 1 in the afternoon. You can increase your dosage, but start out with 2 per day only, at different times.

Response #2

If you are only around 104 lbs., what the heck are you doing trying to lose weight? Maybe you feel like you're going to pass out because you need to eat.

Response #3

Unless you are 4 feet tall, I cannot imagine any reason for an 18 year old person at 104 lbs requiring their appetite to be suppressed. Also, if you read the precautions on the bottle you would have noticed that it states anyone who weighs less than 150 lbs should only take TWO PILLS PER DAY, ONE IN THE MORNING AND ONE IN THE AFTERNOON.

Response #4

I just read the consumer review above and can't believe response #1!!! The consumer stated that she is 18 and around 104 lbs. Nowhere in the response does it say anything about how anyone weighing 104 lbs DOES NOT NEED TO BE TAKING WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION!!! Unless, of course, the girl is under three feet tall. Could someone with some actual medical training please comment. It scares the hell out of me that young girls are taking this stuff when they don't need it. There are too many girls suffering from anorexia and other eating disorders to keep quiet on this issue. Thank you.

Response #5

You sound way too light to even be thinking about taking Xenadrine. If you are 5 ft tall or taller, you should go seek psychiatric help because you do not need to lose weight. Try eating right and exercising. It sounds as though you are anorexic.

Response #6

With your premise I agree (not with whether you should be taking Xenadrine). I'm 5'11" and 180, take Xenadrine, and also have experienced dramatic loss of appetite and no desire to eat much. Does that mean it's working? I also exercise a lot, and whereas I usually am always hungry after a workout, I have NO hunger but force myself to eat to prevent any muscle wasting. Oh well, just my two cents.

Response #7

There is absolutely no way that you should be taking Xenadrine! You are 18 years old and only 104lbs! What are you thinking? You are probably feeling dizzy because you are not eating! You should probably talk to a doctor and learn more about the harmful effects of eating disorders, because it sounds to me like you have one. That is just my two cents. I hope you get better.
