I've been using a ZMA supplement for about 2 months now, and I can't say that I have seen any noticeable results in terms of strength or size. I take the manufacturer's recommended dose twice a day, once before bed. I have also been careful not to take ZMA on a full stomach or with any foods that might compete for absorption.
Is there anyone out there who has experienced beneficial results from ZMA supplementation?
