I am in the middle of my second bottle of ZMass from Cytodyne. I work out 5 days a week and do cardio 4 times a week. I have not seen any results at all from this supplement. In fact, I have had more trouble sleeping than before I started taking it. Marketing scam!

Don't blame your inability to gain size on the Z-Mass. Just looking at your routine, it is easy to see you're OVER TRAINING! Cut back on your workouts and watch your progress continue.

Agreed...If you are looking to build muscle, you are still doing way too much cardio and working out. Try doing one or the other, and make sure you eat right. After all, it's not a wonder drug. You still need calories consisting of the right balance of protein, carbs, and fat. Then you can grow.
