Consumer Review: ZMA Made My Workouts More Productive And Helped Me Overcome A Plateau In My Bench Press.

I like this stuff. I can feel it working. From what I've heard, ZMA only works if you're zinc deficient. My workouts are more productive and I'm starting to make gains in my bench again after a year of being stuck! I take it on a empty stomach in the afternoon about a hour before my workout. It also has helped my recovery time!
