Consumer Review: I Am Writing This At 1:00 AM Because Of Insomnia Caused By Xenadrine.
I have been using xenadrine for a week, taking the recommended dosage. For three days, I took two pills a day (before breakfast and before lunch). The third and fourth day, I decided to try and take two before and after lunch. As a result, it is after 1am and I am writing this review. I decided to see how others felt using this product because right now I am experiencing extreme insomnia, dry mouth and nervousness. I felt like I was having a panic attack. I truly do not like the way I am feeling and I do not ever want to feel like this again.
I wanted to loose about 30lbs. I just had a baby. I am currently
exercising doing 35 minutes of cardio and some weights for toning
every other day. This product has successfully curbed my appetite.
However, I am going to chill out on the pills for awhile until
I talk to a physician and do some research on these products.
I suggest others experiencing the same thing do the same. Loosing
weight is a big goal for many of us, but I'd rather gain a few
pounds than a few health problems due this product. Good Luck
to all who have done well without side effects. As for me, back
to good old exercise and eating right.

Ahh yeah, side effects. I've been taking it for a week too. I can't sleep too great, but who really cares. I took some Sominex last night because I did need some sleep, and that worked great. I've noticed that I get pissed for no reason sometimes and other annoying effects. But I think its worth it in the short term. There is no perfect drug, so I'd say just get used to it.

You might want to try taking half the dose - as the label suggests. Make sure you drink a lot of water, and eat enough. You might want to read the article submitted in this section titled "Many of you don't know about Xenadrine." It is a common sense approach to taking this product and losing weight.
